Catesby Estates are preparing proposals for a development of up to 625 new homes and public open spaces on land north of Wykham Lane, Banbury (Wykham Park Farm Phase 2).

The site is identified as a draft allocation under policy BAN H2 of the Cherwell Emerging Local Plan 2042.
